Two rotations on the water plus parallel activities on the dock — knots, splicing, sailing simulator, photo zone.

Briefing & safety
Short briefing and quick safety instruction for the whole group before heading to the boats.

Crew split & on-board briefing
Teams are formed and each instructor gives a quick briefing on board: positions, roles and basic manoeuvres.

Departure, training & course prep
Fleet leaves the marina. On-water training and setting up the race course.

Race start
First race starts as soon as all crews are ready.

The programme includes 3–4 races, depending on weather conditions and crew readiness.

Finish & return
Racing finishes. Fleet returns to the marina.
